I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

I have cleared all the interview rounds and HR discussion on salary. But it's been more than 2 weeks now, they are ghosting around.

Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days.The MNC will be offering good package,but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
