I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. In example, something as simple as responding to a text with a heart and a “happy thanksgiving to you too” was all I needed to do and I didn’t. Now it’s Sunday and I feel awful responding so late. I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
