Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Sadly £105k is seen as being at the higher end of the SM pay scale (even though there are experienced hires on up to £130k) so you are not being targeted for salary increases. I would recommend working towards promotion.

Same bag here A10, A recent M promote with MBA was on 105+
Rather than complain talk through your disappointment with your practice lead who may be able to explain more? Try to avoid moaning and focus on understanding the facts and how you were positioned amongst your peers and what to work on in the year ahead
So they are taking advantage of people even though i have excellent client feedback, cal feedback, and client critical delivery.. or maybe they are racist as i am not a white man ..im really dissappointed and demotivated to work anymore for Accenture
Touché
I’d go to the Talent Lead to understand reasoning and your trajectory.
Not to rub it in but all SMs in my group got something, so something isn’t quite adding up
No Talent Lead, not People Lead. Ie person who makes overall talent and comp decisions for your group
Can i complaint to my people lead's boss? Who can i complaint ? Legal or Hr ? Or shall email Matt uki Ceo ? Or just quit?
To answer what I think your question is, no there is nothing you can do or your talent lead
Thanks everyone.. our stock is all time low, i have been buying accenture stock since i joined never sold thought it will hit 600 plus.. but julie sweet had other plans
You believe too much in this place - believe in yourself more
Are there anyone of the opposite gender doing your role you can ask their salary to perhaps do a gender pay claim?
No one of the opposite gender at all

I am in tech - experienced hire with 130 K base salary but didn’t get any hike this time or last year as I am told that I am at top of SM band.

A- pension is 12% and bonus is upto 15% which doesn’t mean you will get it. Last year I got 8% but haven’t gotten any raises since I joined in 2024. Just for context- my base salary in previous organisation was little over 110K with same car allowance. Used to get bonus around 15% every year.
Here I am, a newly promoted SM on 91k

There are plenty of L7s making more than you. Outside of strategy. You must not have the experienced hire flag that gets you the additional 20%?
SM for 2 years and total comp is £95k (+some vested units)
Can confirm I was making this as a manager in 2022
