Hey guys, i am working in Sales for already 8 years - started in b2c door to door sales , and for last 6 years I am launching company brands on new markets (consumer electronics).
So the situation is like this - company changed the commission plan so I am earning like 0,4% from profit, and the margins are around 30%.
And my total salary now is 1,5 k usd net.
I am working with big clients like retail chains and distribution companies, but right now earning not more then this. Have you any advice?

My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
