As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?

This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. I have 3 yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices, have cleared all rounds in Deloitte and KPMG, i'm asked to send required documents, I have 10.5lpa offer in hand, can I ask 11.5 lpa saying I have so and so offer in hand....?
Will they give that much?

I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now.

My joining date is on 31st Oct Pune and i am yet to receive the joining letter. iBegin portal have no information of the office location and other detials. I tried to reach out HR/on-boarding manager/Buddy and no response yet.
Can someone tell me about -
1) Process of receiving joining kit?
2) Will there be any pre-joining meetings?
3) Will there be any traveling/accommodation incentive?
