Hey HSBC folks, last month I was interviewed for a position related to my role and was rejected after L2 round of interview due to reasons unknown. Interviews went well but got rejected. Now some new HR has called me again to schedule interview for a different Job position. Should I tell the HR that I was interviewed last month at HSBC or they already know about it and still want to go ahead?

Should I let my school now and let them post my job as an anticipated position? I’d hate for them to have to find someone last minute, but I also want to keep that school as a fall back just in case. Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
