Does anyone know the answer to this? - My first mortgage statement was generated on 11/2 with a due date of 12/1 and includes a month of interest based on the balance on 11/2. I made a principle only payment on 11/14 of $500 which was applied right away. Will the interest automatically recalc to reflect a lower outstanding balance for a portion of the month? Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Fishes need help. Wife works in HR, she was put on PIP. She is fairly certain that she will be let go; hence is thinking of resigning instead of trying getting terminated . 2 questions -
1. Her notice period is 90 days vs 30 days of pip. Will she be released at the end of PIP period (even if she does well during PIP)
2. More important - when you resign during PIP, what shows in your background verification - terminated or resigned ?
