What would be good for future ? If I switch next .

I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). When and how do you push back on people senior to you? Fifth year dealing with supersenior associate (11th year) who completely lacks good judgment & common sense. But in between I took one offer and then asked for 25.5 and 1.5 JB. Just before 2 days. Recruiter now said her higher manager have trust issues and gave me same package what it was ealier and 2L JB I am regretting my ask how to overcome that.. 😭😭😭😭. I joined that company 22LPA and 2 JB.😭😭how to overcome my regret.

But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. I have around 4.5 YOE in manual testing. I worked for just 6 months in automation(selenium) out of 4.5 years. While giving interview I said that I have experience in manual and automation both for 4.5 years and cracked around 5 to 6 interviews out of 10.

I am afraid will I be able to work properly when I will join new organization as automation tester? As I have learned online only and don't have much practical exposure. Will I face any difficulties while working?
