Hey there, I have 2.5 years of experience in working as a ServiceNow developer. I want to explore this tool more and implement all of its modules. If I go to service based companies, I feel like I’ll be restricted to only dev instance but on the other hand with product companies as they being client, I know I’ll be handling more new module implementations and supporting them as well. Is it a good decision to join a product company to learn more hands on or join service based?

What's your current ctc and company? Btw I believe you have experience in ITSM only for 2.5 years

Current ctc - 6LPA

I have experience in ITSM and many other integrations
I handled these integrations on my own. Eg: okta, exchange, AD and many more

Hello,
I’m a MRI technologist with bachelors in radiologic science. My goal is to become epic analyst. I do have a proficiency in Radiant. However, I am not having much luck with any applications. Almost all the postings require actual certification or build experience. I am thinking that I may have to go back to school. My options are either go for masters or go for another bachelors in IT/computer science. What could be my other options? Thank you.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel defeated.

Is the MBB name really worth it over Big4, T2, Boutiques in terms of exit opps?

Would love to hear from experienced hires who have insight into both types of exits (MBB vs other) to better comp and wlb (tech is ideal but any industry works).

I know type of case work factors heavily into opportunities but how much does the MBB name really open? Is that name recognition worth leveling down to grind for another few years?
