I have enough work experience in network security to match 60-70% of job requirements for infosec positions. I started thinking about next steps for my education and initial thought was to just go straight to MBA but then I started hearing about people with BS in Business and Masters in different areas not that closely related. Is it even possible to to do for instance masters in law if I only have bs in business or for example masters in something related to renewable energy or so?

I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
