For interview HR was created a new ep number
But i already have another epn number with different email address,
So i couldn't register with new ep number
What should I do ?
Please advise, as per the mail if I didn't upload the details before 48 hrs HR will not move forward my account with next step

Hello fishes, I gave an interview with intelsat 5 business days ago and still haven't heard any feedback. The recruiter never called and sent an email invite for the 1st round and I had a 20minute call with the interviewer. Can I still wait for the feedback or let it go?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Does having a referral make a big difference to get your application reviewed?

Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I always feel in freelance roles that they would prefer I just shut up (even though my ideas have been praised and implemented plenty), esp within my own dept. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote).
