Paralegals: My firm is looking for a paralegal, and I see the job posting advertising the salary as $65-$75k, with benefits. Is this a good salary for a paralegal (Greater LA area)? I’m not the decision maker, but it’s been a few weeks with very few applicants. I’m curious if there’s something hurting the firm in its search.

Currently at a top management consultancy with base $75k, anyone know what firms / in-house I could look at that offer higher base salaries for a Paralegal with 6 years experience?

Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

Is it a good decision to switch from PwC to Mindtree as Guidewire Business Analyst? They are offering 13 lpa for 2 YOE.

And how is the work culture?

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
