Is it common to need to do a mock case presentation for an entry level/early career interview?

Please help 🙏
1. Wns global pune - around 13 lpa (company policy doesn't seem good and can't find any review)

3. New company founded in 2020 with 150 people approx(company policy seems good and learning seems good), yet to receive offer from them.

My hands are shaking!! I just got off a call with my toxic manager who is clearly not happy I am being poached for another division. I tried to hold firm as he attempted to 20 question me, who was it, who wants me, what division, how did they find out about me? And of course the gaslighting of “why didn’t you come to me I could have helped or made introductions”. Clearly everything is about him. How have you handled such situations? What could I have done better with my abusive manager?

How do I write to other companies to step up the interview process - got an offer on Friday from a less desirable exit opp. I have a final round interview with another company that I am keen on joining but I want to let them know to speed up the process without sounding like a jerk.
