I recently got an offer from Telstra but in the Offer Letter its written- I am pleased to confirm your new offer of employment with Telstra Global Business Services LLP., an entity within the Telstra Group.

So does it mean that Telstra Services will be providing service to some other client or it provides services to its own product?

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)

Offers :
1. Local Bank >> Business Change management role (COO org) >> 152k Base + 30k bonus(to be paid in March 2023) + challenging work culture + 3 months NP

2. Global Bank >> BA + PM role (CTO org) >> 160k Base + 20k bonus( to be paid in Mar 2023) + Regular work culture + 2 months NP

Any thoughts on what a typical manager salary should be? Associates all start at 75 at BSR but managers fluctuate. Is 120k on par with other firms? 2 years experience in consulting, 5 industry, MA, and a subject matter expert. Is expecting a 45k jump with a promotion crazy?

Big law specialist with an offer to be the CFO and GC of a 250M AUM hedge fund. All in comp would probably be ~$300k, so about $100k less than where I would be in big law (including bonus). Potential to get involved in the business side, but most likely more of a back office role (I would also be the only legal hire - main goal would be cutting outside legal cost and streamlining processes). Need advice. What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken? I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
