Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. After being in Fishbowl for sometime, I see everyone has something (or many things) they don't like about their company (even MBB, Big 4). From outside those companies look like potential employers for candidates.

I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?
