Does PWC U.K. offer salary correction if you join in April? The current salary review date is on July 1st of every year. I have been offered manager role for their ETP SAP practise with base of 73K, benefits allowance of 4.7K and joining bonus of 5K GBP. Total years of experience is 6.5 years. Please let me know if this offer is very less for London location. In addition to this there is a pension and variable component as well. I am also offered VISA sponsorship.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
