I am an firmware engineer with 1.8 years of experience . I recently switched jobs and now working for a fairly big tech company and my base is 119k and the location is San Diego, CA.
I wanted your insights on if this is a fair compensation? Or do people of my experience get more than this? Or is it possible to negotiate after joining the company?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.

Sign-on bonus:10k
