I am from KPMG and considering a role at RSM in Risk Advisory practice.

During the discussions with the HR, she told me that they hire only from big4 and operate in a similar manner.
Can anyone provide a view on the organisation culture and work in comparison to the Big4?

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
