As last friday is holiday in some locations. I got confirmation mail from hr about revised offer letter (saying that it is approved) and asking me to onboard on Monday and I will receive the revised Offerletter by Monday EOD. (He was saying that process had started and it will complete once they back to work and asked me to consider his mail as confirmation)
Can I trust and proceed with onboard?
Please help me.

Is 2k too big of a gift for a new friend (<4 months)? I went on vacation with my sons and a new friend and her son for a week. I put the hotel and amusement park tickets on my card for simplicity. Planning a one-week summer vacation to Yellowstone Park area. Family unit of 6, so need to rent a single, large SUV.
