Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Customers are giving us bad experience ratings because we don’t offer them the solutions they want. Our company won’t allow us to offer those solutions, but the manager punishes us for low ratings anyway. I don’t get how they’re ok with that.
