I completed my final round for SAP PM (ERP Consultant) role at EY India – Chandigarh.
HR asked for documents (Aadhaar, payslips, offer letter etc.) which I shared around 17-10-2025 . It’s been about 2 weeks, but I haven’t received any update or offer letter yet. Haven't received reply by follow up email or call.

Just wanted to ask – has anyone here faced similar delay after document submission? How long did it take for you to receive your offer or rejection update?

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

Hi All,  I have two offer on hand.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?
