I got selected in Accenture in the technical round. HR round is done too. I'm to have a final manegerial round.
My total years of experience is 9.8 years.
They are offering me an Associate Manager designation. Is that okay by Accenture hierarchy standards?

Meanwhile completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certidication from a Globally recognised institution and emailed Senior Manager.
