Hi all, I have a HR interview coming up for a role in Business Value Services at Salesforce this week. I have over 2 years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting and 2 years in IT strategy (M&A, architecture, IT operating model etc).

Any tips on preparing for the interview? Would my prior experience as a functional consultant come in handy?

I recently started in a sales role. Have a heavy consulting background (20 years) imagine big four and SI experience. Question - from here how easy or difficult is it to move internally. What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).
