How has been the work culture in SAP practice?
What are the general work timings? Will it remain 2-11 or get started at 10/11 AM and goes through out until 11 PM?
How is the Hike culture; will it be more than 10-15% on a regular year?
Whats the timeline to get promoted to Manager from SA2? what can be the hike % during promotion year?
How generously will the leaves be approved?
Any redflags that we have to be aware of?

For those of you who got out at 10, do you wish that you rode it out to 20? I’m at a crossroad and I’m not sure what to do. Have some active/reserve time, wrapping up graduate school, and am now considering either a) come back to the business world or b) go active and retire before 50 and live off a nice pension. Obviously there are draws to both. I’m an officer for what it’s worth so I can realistically retire at O-5, MAYBE O-6.

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
