I have an upcoming interview with CBIZ for a tangible asset valuation role and I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experience with asset valuation, career progression, compensation, etc. Also, what are some good questions to ask the recruiter?

IBM - 15.5 LPA
CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

What are the best responses for “a time when you led a team” in a consulting interview, for someone who has not had a managerial position (1 yoe) before? I also don’t want to use an example from undergrad so I’m kind of stuck. What are they really looking for in this question? Initiative? Impact? People skills? And how would you differentiate this vs “a time when you worked in a team”

If a hiring manager wants to talk to you again that’s a good sign right? I’m just bracing myself for this offer😅
