I have cleared interview for samsung client through tech Mahindra. Although tech Mahindra is not releasing offer. They look all documents from me. My NP is about to end in 1 week. I am following up with recruiter from last 1 month ,she always say that OL will be released today. They even gave confirmation to client that i will be joining them.
Is it a common practice in tech Mahindra?

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Tomorrow is my last working day.
I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.
