I need a kind of advice here. I am having an offer from HCL of 16.5+2.5 variable. I have 7.2 years of exp. as java backend developer.
Currently I have cleared the accenture interviews (basic round +project round +client round) now only HR round is left. So how much should I ask as expected ctc. I really don't have much knowledge on current salary standard.
My skill set is : java, microservices, rest , hibernate, springboot.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much?
