I really needed your advice here,I got job from a MNC having 30k employees and the pay of 5 LPA(now 2.5 yrs experienced) from tier 3 clg. I am having skills of sql and plsql (with oracle cert but unfortunately pushed me in a ASM role. I need a job with Minimum 12LPA as having so much fin burdens on me and I set a goal to be a Data Engineer (with DSA & system Design) in 5 months and having AWS solution and Dev cert. will my plan work(I'll prepare this 40 hrs per week)? please advice

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. If anyone is aware of Pubmatic, is it good to join it.? Thanks
