Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

I am a full stack developer with 4+ years of experience. My tech stack is node, react, AWS. I am looking for a job change. So I am giving interviews for both frontend and backend. But whenever I am facing interviews, i am getting to know about a lot of new things which I was not aware of which is making me feel depressed ? Because I have knowledge of a lot of stacks but don't have knowledge of anyone in depth making me feel insecure now.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Bengaluru company job profile seems more better and Pune company job profile seems less better.

I'm worried about food in Bengaluru that will I get the good North Indian food daily. I don't like rice and south Indian food. I mostly eat chapati and all spicy north Indian thing.

Pune Seems better in terms of food and money. Should I come to Bangalore or not that's the point.

How early is too early to ask about salary when interviewing? First meeting w HR? With the CDs/ECDs? Or do you have to wait all the way till the end? Just went through a long interview process only to find out they never had enough to hire me without me taking a pay cut 😭

Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking
