Hi all, I’m interviewing at a consulting firm in the marketing technology space coming from social impact. It would be a huge pay raise but I would have the same title with a fast track to consultant. I have two concerns, 1) is it important to get a title change? 2) I have no interest in marketing technology long term. Is this going to pigeon hole me? Most of the work is M&A and private equity which seems broadly applicable.
