Hi all! I’m interviewing, round 1, with Kearney for the ATI practice office. Any advice on the case interview or behavioral? Thank you :)

Be yourself! Imagine it more of a conversation than an interview. Of course they’ll ask questions about you but be curious about your interviewer too (casually ofc, don’t ask them about their resume lol) Case is setting up the framework and working through it. Don’t worry if you’re stuck, ask the interviewer for help. Good luck mate

Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. My niche area has really burnt me out, as it’s very political and I want to expand my horizons. I am already working on completing my GPHR certification. Any other tips?

I had 3 rounds of interviews for one role and was turned down and offered to interview for a different role instead. I had an interview with the hiring manager for the different role last week. When my feedback is considered, do they look at just the hiring manager for the new role or also feedback from the 3 rounds of interviewers from the first role I missed?

Currently working as SM2 at PwC and interviewing with KPMG for a D position. Is is a good comparison in terms of designation? How’s the comp for D in KPMG? T2 city here. I have been with EY in the past and can vouch PwC offered a better WLB and culture. Always heard KPMG has better WLB and culture. Is it just a speculation or have some truth in it? Strategic Advisory FSS role, 8.5 YOE, masters.
