In UBS for BGV, I left a company in 23 days, but I have salary slip and experience letter also, never absconded, have served the NP and took early release, will this create an issue because I left this company very early and have mentioned a gap of 23 days. For BGV UBS.

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I won’t have any problem meeting my hourly so I’m starting to think I’m being underpaid. I’ve been reading on here that not meeting

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
