I am trying to apply for a problem manager role in my company, the project head has asked me to give a presentation of how root cause analysis is done for some technical issues like- production server went down etc. If he is impressed with the presentation then he will give me the job.
Can anyone help me with how root cause analysis is done or send me any documents or links ?
