I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. Principal to Partner -> 21 months of Principal tenure, but can only promote in Jan or May (?)

Partner to MDP -> Absolutely no clue how this works

In the discussions.. I was not aware about their band structure so I accepted it but I saw few ppl with 9 yrs exp also getting C2.

Hr called on 13th Oct. Asked for details like exp ctc, yoe and np. At the end he asked some time to come with final figure. It's been 2 days. No updates after that. Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.
