Ky current CTC is 10 LPA Bangalorebwith SQL Developer role. I received offer letter from tcs for 15 LPA has 1.5 LPA variable. Also received offer letter from Kyndryl of 12-13 LPA fixed.

Kyndryl is telling need to go for Europe location for training & then Bangalore location to work in banking project. I see negative reviews as well regarding Manager/mangement of kyndryl.

I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? Seems like consulting is becoming less and less of an attractive field to be in, and people are leaving the industry in droves. Is this because of the pandemic? What gives?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
