Hi all, mostly just looking for advice from people who have made the exit. I have 8 years in banking and consumer lending and over 10 years of customer service experience. I am hoping to make the switch to an entry level tech role, and wanted to know what some good options I should be looking at are. Specifically, what companies and job roles should I look at?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
