My friend received two offers,1 from Genpact for Sr Manager ,digital transformation, and another from Ecolab for Manager ,Operations AI .While Ecolab is offering roughly 30% higher compensation, the Genpact position comes with a higher designation.

I’m trying to decide between the two, and would really appreciate your suggestions on what might be the better option in terms of career growth, learning opportunities, and long-term prospects.Plz share the Hierarchy of Ecolab too. Thanks.

Remember one thing - If some companies are laying off employees then it's equally a good chance for the other companies to get talented resource . Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too.
