I can tell from Infosys perspective.
Biggest con - yearly increment will be very low.
So If you are getting a decent package and not care about increments then its alright.
Good onsite opportunities if that's what you're into.
6B is senior project manager I guess. I have seen my managers almost occupied with call so wlb will be ok ok. This will also depend upon you how you will take/dodge it.
Infrastructure/facilities within campus are good for any tier 1 DC.
Today is my last working day and I would come back to Infy in future if I would be getting a good package as for me Infy is something which offers greatest job security among all Indian MNC's. I have experienced this during covid times and have seen people getting laid off in other MNCs.
The quality of work will depend mostly on project. However, this is something I am not a big fan of. I belong to Specialist Programmer group in Infy and still I am saying this.
I cant comment about Accenture.
Thanks for your inputs mate... Much appreciated. Good luck for your next step..
