One more thing is , I am switching careers from JD Edwards ERP to Google cloud. Can you help on basis of job security, growth, hike and WLB, which would be better company to join. Thanks.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the entire interview process at Paytm. First of all they kept all three rounds in a single day . It started from the morning and ended up till the final round at late evenings. After all the rounds were cleared, the HR asked for the expected package, and when I gave him my quote which was just 35% more than my current CTC, he got reluctant and said we only have a budget of an X amount which was just 10% more than my current CTC. Who on earth does that..?
