Hi All, need your suggestion here. I am a Salesforce developer with 3 yrs of experience and got an offer for 12 LPA from TCS having my current CTC of 8.5 lpa. Now again Hr cake back and saying we can't give more that 11.5 lpa and more than that Account is not agreed. Previously she has given 12 lpa breakup and now this is what she is doing. But I have seen people are getting 12 lpa in this yeo from TCS itself. Please help me how to deal with this situation and is the HR playing with me.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. 1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).
