Recently I have been offered a job at JP Morgan Mumbai - Sr Product Associate (salary grade : 602). (YOE is 8.5 years)
CTC offered : 40 LPA +variable
My current CTC is similar but I work in a startup and hence looking for a change

1. Is the offered CTC good enough for the experience and the range. HR told this is the highest that can be quoted.

2. Do I get the full variable pay of the year if I join in June. Also can I expect 10% of the CTC as variable pay?

Does TCS offer stock as part of bonus ?
Can employees (associates) purchase TCS stock?

Is there a clause in IBM if one separates before completing year.
Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
