I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

I’ve been a data analyst for a little over a year for my current employer. I manage databases, input new information, solve issues utilizing root-cause analysis, and I maintain reports on a daily basis. The only thing I don’t do is work with coding such a SQL. Did my Masters in Automotive Engineering. But got a job in an automotive company as a Program Manager. I'm actually liking how this role works and feel like I should be continuing in this kind of role. So, I'm thinking to do MBA after having 3-4 years of work experience, will my work experience only with Automotive companies hamper my chances in other industries or can I make it big in automotive industry after completing MBA ?

Thinking of pivoting (in the next few years) from a big4 consulting firm making decent money to something more meaningful (to me) and hands-on but maybe seen as “lower”. I’ve been teaching AP computer science through teach for America for the past few years in boston. I’m looking to transition into the tech world. I studied economics and graduated in 2019 and joined TFA right away. I was recently accepted into the MPCS program at UChicago and I am trying to decide if it is worth the investment. I imagine if I did one of those coding boot camps I could land a decent job as an engineer or product manager - would a masters degree give me that much more leverage

I keep hearing this is a job seeker's market but even with 10+ yrs project mgt experience, certs & great references/reccos, I get no traction for roles more senior than 'Project Manager'.

I work in an org where am not valued. I have been there for a couple of years. I bring good exp and qualification on board, but my experience in this org has smeared my self esteem and has discouraged me from putting in my all. I am traumatized from this exp and I have lost confidence in myself. I sometimes remember how I have been treated or spoken to and I literally tremble. Other things I do outside of my org are top notch and I get compliments. I need advice on rebranding or moving forward.

Hi everyone, currently on the job hunt and I’ve had several recruiting firms reach out. Does anyone have experience with LanceSoft Inc? They’ve reached out to me with a promising role but online reviews claim this to be an illegitimate company. However these reviews were very specific to the individual’s circumstance—not sufficient in representing a whole firm, in my opinion. Any thoughts?
