I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

I am afraid of getting stuck here and never feeling fulfilled. After some time thinking and deciding what career I want, I’m still lost. I know I love cars. The designs, mechanics, all of it. I’d love to do something in the auto industry.. but what? I only have food service and now office/admin experience. any advice???

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed? The few interviews that I have had, feedback has been I don’t have enough experience. I’m at a loss!

So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency. Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role.
