Hi all
I have got an offer letter from EY GDS.
I have interviewed for the position of senior Hadoop developer with 4.9 years of experience.

However,in the offer letter i could see that the designation is mentioned as Assistant manager with rank 42 and service line is consulting.

Is the designation correct or is it mismatched ?
Shouldn't the designation be something like senior developer or something technical.

Anyone know about it please let me know how EY usually assigns designations

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021? And 2) Any insight into how this is done - Vanguard doesn’t let me add more than $6k as it’s above the individual limit. I tried searching the bowl for specific answers but wasn’t successful. Inputs appreciated.

Hi fishes, I have 2 offers-
Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
Please help me with making a clear decision. And i have 8+ YOE.
