Wanted a help. Recently I got an LOI from American Express. I accepted the LOI and resigned basis that. The HR confirmed that I will receive my offer letter soon and I can resign basis the LOI. Even the DoJ was shared. But I have not received my offer letter yet. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow from receiving the LOI. Should I be worried? Can amex not share offer letter after giving LOI? Please advise.

How’s American Express as an organisation for UI/UX designers. Is it true that you have to work during the US hours and it’s pretty stressful. Is it true?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
