I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Hi guys, Received break up offer letter from bosch, CTC 19 lpa ( fixed 16lpa), asked 22 lpa,Level 52. I have 3 days to respond.

My current CTC is 6lpa and have no offer letter.

Should I accept it or shall I ask to increase to 21lpa or wait for better offer letter to negotiate??
