Hi Credit research Associates/ Analysts in the fixed income space, what would be the best way to equip myself with enough knowledge to be qualified for a first year position? I don’t feel like what I do now is very intellectually fulfilling…I graduated college last year from a decent UC. I have 1 YOE in currency trading, pretty good knowledge with global macro and central bank stuff, preparing for CFA level 2 exam in November. I would really appreciate some advices! Thank you!

Is the MBB name really worth it over Big4, T2, Boutiques in terms of exit opps?

Would love to hear from experienced hires who have insight into both types of exits (MBB vs other) to better comp and wlb (tech is ideal but any industry works).
