Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Not sure which practice are you talking about and how much tech skills they expect in general. I gave interview for a salesforce role, they asked tech questions (some of the them are case scenario, some of them are general questions). But, I was not asked to code!

M1, Thanks for reply! It’s in the data and analytics technology for a specific industry. It doesn’t seem to me they need ML, AI that types of experience from the job description, but wonder how technical it will be.
I know couple of people who work in that space. They don’t code in their daily job, so I assume you don’t have to code during the interview.
But you can ask hr or recruiter about what is the interview pattern is going to be., who takes the interview etc. They should tell you that.
