Hi everyone, currently I work within an internal consulting space, but aiming to transition into an external consulting role. I have an interview for Deloitte coming up. Any advice for the case study? I am interviewing for the Human Capital Consultant role.

My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

Feel free to DM! I recently made the transition from internal HR at another Big4 to Deloitte Human Capital Consultant a few months ago as well.
Sorry I totally missed this response. But feel free to DM if you still have any questions.
Feel free to DM! Happy to discuss and potentially refer to KPMG.
Can I ask an off topic question if you don’t mind? Are you primarily looking to transition out of internal consulting for growth opportunities? I am in an external consulting role and considering switching to internal just for better WLB and hopefully less intense hours because Of family circumstances. Is it in my head that internal consulting might be a tad less “intense” or is that truly the case?
Good to know thanks!!
