Hi everyone, how can I frame the reason for leaving my current employer in interviews, considering I was advised to resign due to a PIP?

I am looking for a summer internship in consulting. Currently, I'm a 3rd year Economics and Stats student at U of T.
My target companies are KPMG and Accenture, and I really want to work in one of these two as they have the best workplace culture.
I'd appreciate if anyone could help me out with applications or share tips on how to get to the interview round, thanks!

What base salary could I expect for 13 years experience to work as Senior System Software Engineer?

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?

Has anyone here use a resume writer before to help them rewrite their resume? I feel like trying to write about myself and be objective isn't the easiest thing. Get me in front of a hiring manager for an interview and have no problem talking about myself and my history. Getting it on paper and past the ATS is a different story.

If so, anyone you would recommend? Anything to look out for or suggest?

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? Starting to see a lot of compensation threads and even within the same city, the variance of salary is really noticeable. I didn’t expect the spread to be this high, especially in high COL areas.
