Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC
Digital interview process ?
Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?
Thanks

They don’t need to know about the pip. You’re leaving because you want to.
^this is what I would choose
Don't ever tell them you are on a PIP. I'm in a similar position and one of the interviewers asked if I was being forced to leave my current employer because they used to work there and know first hand how toxic that place is. I was like nope, not badmouthing anyone
Most companies won't give your reason for leaving. Just say you were laid off. Once you say you were on a pip you are no longer in consideration. You are not the first person to be in this situation and you won't be the last. You got this!
Agreed. Say you left to pursue a better/different opportunity.
If you get them to lay you off, will there be severance pay for you? If so try to get that if you are almost out the door anyway.
when they put you on PIP , its a sign of 4 stage cancer which non treatable , i would say just spend time as much as you can and start finding another opportunity , and there is no need to mention anything on the CV, if interviewer ask you can tell them it was a project based job.
