I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Joined kpmg india 1 week back. In my offer letter they mentioned that they will provide upto 1 lac INR to purchase home computer. So if I buy one macbook will they give that 1 lac money? Or I have to buy desktop/computer only?

I have MBA from NITIE and currently working in Deloitte USI S&O where the work is definitely not strategy consulting. Would like to get into MBB but seems tough. Tried referrals but didn't even get an interview.

Hello fishes , does client pay for the onsite visit that we do during UAT ? I have a flight scheduled tomorrow to Switzerland for UAT assistance to end users. It is 2 weeks visit. My client lead was trying to convince my management that I can work remotely and my management convinced them back that it is too late for cancelling my plan.
